Game Update #002



Hello everyone!

In preparation for the game's showing at GDC in San Francisco, we've recently pushed out a pretty major update to the game. A big thank you to everyone who came to our talk at GDC and everyone who came by to meet us or who asked questions about the game.

If you've already played it, maybe you'll find the world a bit more vibrant at another play-through. And if you're a new player, we hope you enjoy your first journey through the jungle!

The game is still being developed, so this will not be the last update you'll get from us. We really look forward to improving the game further! Let us know if you find anything wonky in the game, or if you have any feedback.

 The game's cutscenes have changed, with more visuals and new dialogues.

 The game world has gone through a major asset overhaul. With new assets, an expanded color palette, and some re-worked particle effects, the jungle has been given more life.

 Audio elements have been improved (music, effects, you name it).

 We've re-worked the final segment of the game.


 Fixed some visual bugs between the different layers.

 Fixed minor bugs.

I just finished the prototype, i think this project has a lot of potential.

The only gripe/bug i have encounter when i press W to walk the main character keeps walking even if i stoped pressing the button, other thing is the optimization/fps, i assume it will improve since this is just a prototype.

Wish all the team the best, would love to keep giving feedback and ideas.

It's really useful to know that we need to optimize it quite a bit, and it's also odd that we didn't spot the W bug since it seems pretty easy to replicate :P.
